SERVINGS: makes 4 Chocolate Cakes


INGREDIENTS
  • 2 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 cups brown rice flour

  • 3 cups (not packed) brown sugar

  • 2 2/3 Dutch Cocoa, with alkali

  • 1/4 Sorghum Flour

  • 1 cup tapioca flour

  • 2 tablespoon baking powder double acting

  • 2 tablespoon xanthan gum

  • 2 tablespoon baking soda

  • 4 teaspoon sea salt


 
NOTES:
  • IMPORTANT: Stir then whisk all ingredients together to ensure the ingredients are mixed evenly.

  • Dutch Coca with Alkali is an unsweetened darker cocoa powder. Be sure to check the ingredients when buying. It cannot be substituted in the blend.
