INGREDIENTS
1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar (238g)
1 1/2 Cups brown rice flour (209g)
1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons (not packed) brown sugar (157)
1 1/4 Cup Dutch Cocoa, with alkali (117g)
1/2 Cup Sorghum Flour (72g)
1/2 Cup tapioca flour (68g)
1 Tablespoon baking powder double-acting (15g)
2 1/2 Teaspoons xanthan gum (11g)
2 Teaspoons baking soda 10g)
2 Teaspoon salt (10g)
NOTES:
IMPORTANT: Stir then whisk all ingredients together to ensure the ingredients are mixed evenly.
Dutch Coca with Alkali is an unsweetened darker cocoa powder. Be sure to check the ingredients when buying. Do not substitute with another type of cocoa powder.
