INGREDIENTS
4 cups white rice flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (other sugars that are cup-for-cup can be substituted)
1 1/2 cups tapioca starch or flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup sorghum flour
3/4 cup potato starch
2 tablespoons double acting baking powder
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons xanthan gum
NOTES:
