SERVINGS: Makes 4+ batches of Brownies using our Fudgy Brownie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
4 cups granulated sugar
4 cups Dutch cocoa, with alkali
1 2/3 cup brown rice flour
1 1/3 cup (not packed) brown sugar
2/3 cup sorghum flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour/starch
1 tablespoon xanthan gum
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/4 baking soda
NOTES:
IMPORTANT: Stir then whisk all ingredients together to ensure the ingredients are mixed evenly.
Dutch Cocoa powder with Alkali is an unsweetened dark cocoa powder. Be sure to check the ingredients when buying. It cannot be substituted in the blend.
