SERVINGS: Seven 12-inch pizzas


INGREDIENTS
  • 5 cups White Rice Flour

  • 3 ¾ Cup Tapioca Flour/Starch

  • 1 ¾ Cup + 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

  • 1 Cup Sorghum Flour

  • 3 Tablespoons + 1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons + 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 6 Tablespoons Xanthan Gum

  • 4 ½ Teaspoons Salt


 
NOTES:
