INGREDIENTS
  • 2 1/2 Cups Inspiration Baking-Brownie Flour Blend

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/3 Cup Milk of Choice

  • 3 Tablespoons Applesauce

  • 1 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract

  • 3 Teaspoons Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips


DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat your oven to 325° F.

  2. Use your spray oil or shortening to grease your 8" by 8" or 9" by 9" baking pan.

  3. In a large bowl whisk together your Inspiration Baking-Brownie Flour Blend and your baking powder.

  4. Put all your wet ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and beat until blended.

  5. Add your dry mixture to the wet mixture and beat by hand or with your mixer on low until just blended. Then add in your chocolate chips and incorporate.

  6. Pour the mixture into your already greased baking pan. Scrape the bowl with your spatula to get all of the batter out and then spread the batter to all four corners of the pan.

  7. Put the baking pan in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until the sides of the brownies just pull away from the edges of the pan.

  8. Cool before cutting them into sixteen 2" squares.


 
NOTES:
  • Don't cut the brownies until they have completely cooled.
