INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Meat

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions

  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Mushrooms

  • 1 Cup Grated Cheese

  • 3 Large Eggs

  • 2 Cups Milk of choice

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

  • 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper or Black Pepper

  • 3/4 Cup Inspiration Baking-All Purpose Flour Blend


DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

  3. Brown your bacon or sausage in your frying pan and drain off any excess grease or juice.

  4. Put your cooked bacon or sausage, chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, and grated cheese in a bowl. Stir the ingredients together and once mixed, spread them evenly in the pie plate.

  5. Take a separate bowl and put your Inspiration Baking-All Purpose Flour Blend, eggs, milk, garlic salt, nutmeg, and pepper in it. Using your hand mixer on medium (or your large whisk), blend the ingredients together for about 1 minute. Make sure all ingredients are combined well into your batter.

  6. Pour your batter over the pie plate, covering all the ingredients there as evenly as possible. Be sure to stir everything together.

  7. Put your pie plate in the oven and bake your quiche for 40-50 minutes until the top is lightly browned.

  8. Remove your gluten-free Crustless Quiche from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes (so the custard can firm up) before serving.
