Transaction Failure:
If a credit card transaction fails, it could be due to incorrect card information, an expired card, reaching the credit limit, or a malfunction in the credit card processing system. Please double-check your information. If you continue to encounter issues, please contact our Orders Department from Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST by emailing orders@inspirationmixes.com.

Please note that we do not accept retail orders placed over the phone or via email.

 

Shipping to Contiguous U.S.:
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Shipping times vary based on the destination but typically range from 1 to 7 days. Please be aware that shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once we hand the products over to the mail carrier. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, FPO, or APO addresses.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders that are flagged as "Return to Sender" and are received back at our distribution center will not be eligible for full refunds. Refer to "Undeliverable Orders" below for more information on this. Make sure you enter your delivery information correctly!

 

Warm Weather Notice: Please be aware that you should not leave your packages out with hot weather. 

 

Tracking Your Package: After your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor the status of your orders in Your Account.

 

Canceling Your Order:
If you wish to cancel your order, please email our Orders Department at orders@inspirationmixes.com on the day of placing your order. We make every effort to ship orders promptly, so we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has entered the shipping process.

 

Refunds and Returns:
If you purchased a product FROM OUR WEBSITE and are dissatisfied with the taste of any Inspiration Baking Mixes, you can return any unopened package(s) for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of receiving the product. Please review the "Special Conditions" section below before initiating a return or refund. If you purchased the product from our website, email our Orders Department at orders@inspirationmixes.com, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST. Please include your order number and the reason for returning the item or requesting a refund. If you purchased the products FROM SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN OUR WEBSITE and are dissatisfied, please return the item with the receipt to the retailer. You can also contact us at orders@inspirationmixes.com to report any issues.

 

Best By Date Location:
Expiration dates on the individual bags are imprinted at the top by the co-packer. For the 10-pound bags, you can locate them on the front of the printed label, positioned towards the lower section.

 

Partial Order Received:
We verify with the mail carrier to match the recorded box weight with your claim, and partial refunds will be issued for the number of items not received if the weights match or are within a few ounces. We will notate in our internal records that this issue happened in case it occurs again. It's important to note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe is taking advantage of our policies.

 

Wrong Item/s Received:
If you received the wrong items, please contact Customer Service with your order number and the details of the item(s) received. Depending on the item, we may authorize you to keep or discard said items for a full refund. Otherwise, we will issue a Paid Return Label to return the mis-shipped items for a full refund. We will notate in our internal records that this issue happened in case it occurs again. It's important to note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe is taking advantage of our policies.

 

Damaged Items Received:
If your item/s arrive damaged, please do not discard them until you receive written authorization from a Customer Service Representative. Any order received as damaged requires images of both the shipping carton and the product. Once we receive the images, we will ship you a replacement or issue the appropriate refund. Items must be sealed in order to qualify for a return. You can also refuse delivery if damages are clearly visible, in which case, you will need to contact us to proceed with a full refund on the order. We will notate in our internal records that this issue happened in case it occurs again. It's important to note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe is taking advantage of our policies.

 

Undeliverable Orders:
You are responsible for entering your billing and shipping details correctly and verifying their accuracy before finalizing your order. Therefore, any order flagged for the reasons listed below will not be eligible for a full refund and will incur a 20% restocking fee and/or any additional shipping charges incurred for the return.
