This mix is so easy to use and I have had excellent results! The rich banana bread and blueberry muffins came out perfect in texture, moistness, and flavor. Can’t believe they are gluten free. I replaced this mix as my breading mix for breaded chicken tenders and onion rings and it comes out crunchy and texture is spot on. The dough recipe is a great choice for the curry meat pies, chicken pot pie and for homemade calzones. Ayla’s monster cookies turned out perfect using this baking mix. I highly recommend the baking mix and all the ways you can use it as a substitute in your own recipes, but even better using the recipes in your “Gluten-Free Meals” cookbook. I have had great results with your other mixes as well!
