INGREDIENTS

Mocha Latte Frosting

  • 12 ounces Vegan Frozen Whipped Topping (with no vanilla if available)

  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 3/4 + Cup Powdered Sugar

  • 3 Teaspoons Expresso Powder

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract (omit if the whipped topping already has vanilla added)


DIRECTIONS

Make the Frosting

  1. Open the dairy-free frozen topping and turn it out into a chilled bowl.

  2. Stir in the dry ingredients with a wire whisk until well-blended.

  3. If the frosting is too soft to spread on the cake, refreeze the mixture until it stiffens again.
