INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/4 Cup Inspiration Baking-All Purpose Flour Blend

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Double Acting Baking Powder

  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Buttermilk (You can also admit and add more All-Purpose Flour Blend)

  • 3 Whole Eggs

  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Tablespoons Oil

  • 3/4 Cup Milk of Choice

  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Pie mix or 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree with 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg, 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves


DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, use a whisk or spoon to mix all dry ingredients together. Set aside.

  2. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Add to the dry mix and blend with a spoon or wire whisk.

  3. Heat waffle maker as instructed.

  4. Use a little oil spray each time batter is placed on the waffle iron. Use enough batter to cover the waffle iron.

  5. Close and bake per waffle maker instructions

 
NOTES:
  • Best when served warm.

  • I use a soup ladle to place the batter on the waffle maker.
