INGREDIENTS
2 1/3 Cups Inspiration Baking-Brownie Flour Blend
1/2 Cup Oil*, melted butter or margarine
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350° F.
Use your spray oil or shortening to grease your 9" by 9" baking pan.
Put all your wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together until blended.
Add your Inspiration Baking-Brownie Flour Blend to the wet mixture and stir by hand until blended. Stir in chocolate chips or nuts, if desired.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan. Scrape the bowl with your spatula to get all of the batter out and then spread the batter to all four corners of the pan.
Put the baking pan in the oven and bake for 20-22 minutes until the sides of the brownies just pull away from the edges of the pan.
Cool before cutting them into sixteen 2" squares.
NOTES:
Melt chocolate chips over the warm brownies or top with ice cream while still warm.
If using coconut oil, reduce to 1/3 Cup.
You can also add some nuts.
I often use peanut butter or butter scotch chips. Be creative!
