INGREDIENTS
2 cups Vegan Butter
7 cups Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons Vegan Milk
3 teaspoons Peppermint Extract
DIRECTIONS
In mixer cream your butter.
Add in one cup of powerdered sugar at a time. Once it gets thicker, add in the milk and peppermint extract.
Keep adding and mixing the rest of the powdered sugar until its well combined. If your frosting seems too soft, add more powdered sugar. And if it is too thick add a little more milk.
