Ingredients: Evaporated cane juice, cocoa powder processed with alkali, brown rice flour, brown sugar, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, xanthan gum, sea salt, and baking soda. Ingredients are non-GMO.

Recipes

 Yummy.  Gooey.  Easy bake.  Dark fudgy brownie goodness!

 

Fudgy Brownies 

1 bag mix

½ cup oil or melted butter or margarine

2 teaspoons vanilla

3 large eggs 

   Hint: add ½ cup chocolate chips for even fudgier brownies!

 

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking pan.  

In a bowl, mix all wet ingredients together. Add dry mix and blend by hand or mixer on low until just blended. 

Place mixture into the pan and spread into all four corners.

Bake 20-22 minutes until the sides just begin to pull away from the edge of the pan. Cool before eating although these brownies are amazingly good when still warm and gooey!

Vegan Alternative:

Fudgy Brownie Mix (400 grams)
1 400-gram pouch of Fudgy Brownie Mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup milk of choice
3 tablespoons applesauce
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 teaspoons maple syrup
½ cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease one 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking pan. Whisk together the
brownie mix and teaspoon of baking powder. Whisk together the milk of choice, applesauce,
vanilla, and maple syrup. Add to dry mix and stir until well blended. Batter will be thick. Stir
in chocolate chips. Spread into greased baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes until the middle
seems somewhat firm. Check with a toothpick, it should come out a little sticky. Here’s the
hard part: cool 2-4 hours before eating. Seriously, wait. It’s worth it.
