Waffles
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup Ol' Fashioned Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 ½ TBL gluten free vanilla
3 eggs or egg substitute*
3 TBL oil
¾ cup milk, buttermilk, rice milk or coconut milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk vanilla, eggs, oil and milk.
Add 2/3 cup mix and blend. Let sit for 1 minute
Scoop 1/3 cup of batter onto center of waffle maker. Cooks in 3-4 minutes.
Makes 8 (4-inch) waffles.
