Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Ol' Fashioned Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 TBL gluten free vanilla
2 eggs or egg substitute*
1 TBL oil
2/3 cup milk, buttermilk, rice milk or coconut milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat griddle to 375°F.
Whisk vanilla, eggs, oil and milk.
Add ½ cup mix and blend. Let sit for 1 minute.
Scoop ¼ cup per pancake. Cook until they bubble. Turn and cook until golden brown.
Makes 8 (4-inch) pancakes
