Jordyn's Chocolate Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 box Jordyn’s Chocolate Cookie Mix
1 cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
1 cup softened butter
3 large egg whites or egg substitute*
1 TBL gluten free vanilla
For a softer cookie add 2 tablespoons applesauce
Add coconut, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, or roll them into powder sugar before baking.
Optional: use as an ice cream sandwich.

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix sugar, butter, egg white and vanilla together and applesauce
Add Jordyn’s Chocolate Cookie Mix, blend well.
Drop by spoonfuls or roll cookies into small balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes. Don’t over cook.
Cool on a wire rack. They are also wonderful warm with ice cream.
