Jelly Filled Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 box Alanah’s Cookie Mix

INSTRUCTIONS
Follow recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies but do not include chocolate chips. Make an indent with a measuring spoon in the middle of each cookie. Spoon jelly in the middle. Bake as usual. After the cookies cool, decorate with Butter Cream Frosting:
3 cups powdered sugar, 1 stick softened butter, 1 ½ tsp gluten free vanilla, 2 TBL milk, coconut milk, or rice milk. Beat until smooth, then use to frost cookies.
