Grasshopper Pie Filling ¾ cup milk of choice, 24 large marshmallows, ¼ cup crème de menthe liqueur, 4 TBL white crème de cacao, 1 cup whipping cream, whipped. A drop or two of green food dye. In saucepan, melt marshmallow and liquid together. Remove from heat and cool. Add liqueur and crème de cacao, food coloring and stir. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell and chill for 3-4 hours. Serve with whipping cream. See recipe for Chocolate Cookie Crust.
