Cream Filling for Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS
4 TBL butter softened
1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 to 3 TBL milk, water, coconut or rice milk.

INSTRUCTIONS
Beat butter or substitute in a bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar. Add 2 TBL of the liquid and beat for 3-4 minutes until almost white, light and fluffy. Add additional liquid if too thick. Frost the middle of the cake. Frost the outside of the cake with the chocolate frosting.
If using for cupcake filling, put filling in a pastry bag. Remove cupcakes from oven. While hot, insert tip into cupcakes ½" deep and squeeze in filling.
