Chocolate Cake
INGREDIENTS
1 box Delicious Chocolate Cake & Brownie Mix
1 TBL gluten free vanilla
2/3 cup butter or substitute
4 eggs or substitute* When using a substitute that uses liquid, reduce added liquid by that amount.
1 TBL apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups water, coconut milk, regular milk, butter milk, or rice milk.
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven 350°F.
Cream butter or substitute, vanilla, eggs, apple cider vinegar together.
Add Delicious Chocolate Cake & Brownie Mix and liquid into cream mixture and turn on low for 1-2 minutes until well moistened.
Mix on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until well blended.
Pour into greased and floured pan. Use
13"x9" pan or two 8 inch round cake pans. Bake cake 25-30 minutes. For 24 cupcakes, cook cupcakes 15-20 minutes. Test with toothpick.
Frost with Inspiration Mixes Rich & Creamy Chocolate Drizzle Frosting Mix.
