Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 box Alanah’s Cookie Mix
2 sticks (1 cup) + 2 TBL butter or margarine softened
¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 large eggs or egg substitute*
1 TBL gluten free vanilla
1 bag gluten free chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
Stir the dry ingredients before mixing.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cream together brown sugar, white sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients slowly into the creamed mixture until well blended.
Hand stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Don’t over cook.
