Chicken and Artichoke Hearts Pizza
INGREDIENTS
1 package Dad’s Pizza Crust Mix
1 lb chicken (2 cups)
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tbl olive oil
3 medium tomatoes chopped
1 can (14 ounces) water packed artichoke hearts halved. Drain and rinse well.
1 can 6 ounces pitted ripe olives, drained and cut in half. I have also used Greek olives.
2 - 3garlic cloves minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Sauté chicken in oil for about 2 minutes until meat is cooked. Drain. Stir in garlic and spices and set aside.
Prepare Dad’s Pizza Crust. Brush on Pizza Sauce. Add cheese if preferred. Then add toppings.
Bake Dad’s Pizza Crust as directed. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve while warm.
