JoAnn's Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS
2 ¼ cups of Mom’s Homemade Baking Mix
1 TBL baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup oil
3 eggs
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cups packed brown sugar
1 ½ cups smashed bananas (about 4 bananas)
1 TBL gluten free vanilla
Optional: Add nuts, raisins

INSTRUCTIONS
Grease 2 loaf pans.
Pre-heat oven 350°F.
Stir dry ingredients together and set aside.
Mix in large bowl oil, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, bananas until well blended.
Add the dry mixture and beat on medium.
Pour into the two loaf pans. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Take out of the oven and set for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the pans and cool on wire rack.
