Dad’s Pizza Crust

Tapioca flour works best when rolling the dough out on the pizza stone or cookie sheet. You can also store the second crust for several days in the refrigerator. It will not rise as much. If you like a thicker crust, roll it out and let stand for about 30 minutes before putting the toppings on. Then pop it in the oven and bake as directed.
